Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us first at returns@pharmaskin.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note you will need to bear the shipping cost for returning the item. We would recommend that you return your items via a tracked delivery service. We will not be liable for any packages that are not received by us. We will not be held responsible for any return that is in transit and has not been physically received on our premises and we will not be responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your return is in transit to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we cannot allow prescription items to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the partner pharmacy. If you have unwanted prescription items, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, products past the 30 day return period or opened products. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@pharmaskin.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to decline the returns request if any damage is not reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

Refunds 

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within 5 working days of us receiving the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@pharmaskin.co.uk.

All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and refunds will be made in GBP. We cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate charges on foreign orders at the point of processing a refund. This is the responsibility of your bank or credit card processing company.

We reserve the right to amend this returns policy at any time.
